What do Girls Want and Need in Relationship - a partner who knows who he is

I want a partner who knows who he is - authentically and who then can relate on that level to me - I need to know I am the no. 1 in his life and his friend and companion - a deep connection made out of trust, truth, compassion and love - we are a team, but still 2 authentic beings, able to be in life on our own account and able to pursue our own purposes in life as well as our mutual purpose. I need someone who is available, truly available and mature.
