Here is another entry from a (divorced) woman. I have many male readers who tell me, "Cucan, women are complex creatures, I simply cannot understand my woman. Are are women like that? They are so hard to pleased, I will never really know what's she's thinking and what she wants..."

Men listen up! It's really simple. Women just needs you to listen to her. If you really reflect upon this and think about it, your woman needs you to just listen to her. So, guys, don't stress yourself out thinking that your woman wants you to fix things up and find solutions all the time...

Listen, and listen attentively and quietly. Some times, THAT is all she needs from you!.

1) What do want and need in your Relationship (or Marriage)?

A man who knows I have a life and career and can respect me in all my roles: wife, mother, professional, and friend, but not feel threatened that he is not my sole focus 24/7.

2) What do you want and need in Romance and Dating? What EXACTLY do you want from your partner?

I need him to listen to my worries and/or problems without assuming I need him to "fix" them for me.

3) What do you want and need in Sex?

I need the bond sex gives two people. Waking up early, meeting for lunch or stolen weekend are just ways that let me know you want and desire me. Just making time to ensure we keepour intamacy and bond strong!

4) What do you look for in a Mate (or Soul mate)?

A communicator! Talk to me, I cannot read your mind! Don't cut me out and then blame me for not knowing!

5) What turns you on?

Intelligence, wit, humor! Confidence! If a man can engage my mind, connect with me, that is a big turn on!

6) What turns you off?

Manipulation,control, jealousy. Alvery unattractive traits.

7) What do you (Secretly) wish your partner would know about you if you have a chance to convey that to your partner?

Being a strong woman has nothing to do with being hard. I still need someone who knows my soft side, who understands that I may not show how hurt I am,I do feel it!

8) What Do You Find MOST Challenging or Difficult about Your Love, Relationship and Marriage?

Trust. So many people have been hurt, that they are unwilling to trust. Being a professional woman in a male-dominated industry, I am surrounded by men. How do I meet and establish men to date? So much of my life is work. But the assertive, decisive woman they know is just a small portion of who I am. My top problem is meeting men in the 45 and up age group.
